  3. 34,904 four year scholarships for university students
  4. 12,478 elementary school teachers
  5. 1,274,336 homes with renewable electricity
  6. 95,364 Head Start places for children
  7. 6,482 families with homes
  8. 1,153,846 children with free lunches
  9. 84 new elementary schools

But this list can never quantify the human cost of war.
